Chicken and lentil traybake
The highest-protein thing on this site for the least attention. Everything goes in one tin and the oven does the rest.
- Chicken Breast1, about 150 g 34 g
- Lentils100 g cooked, or half a tin 9 g
- Peppers and red oniona couple of handfuls, chopped 2 g

How
- Heat the oven to 200 °C. Toss the vegetables with the oil in a roasting tin.
- Sit the chicken on top, season, and give it 20 minutes.
- Stir the lentils in around the chicken and return it for 5 minutes to warm through.
- Check the chicken is cooked through before serving.
